In our factory in Yichun, equipment keeps dimensions consistent, while edges, recesses and surfaces are finished by hand. Scroll on for the six stations each piece passes through.

Selecting
We read grain direction and color before cutting. Natural variation cannot be removed, but its range can be agreed in advance.

Shaping
Lengths, radii and recesses on the drawing become dimensions that can be checked one by one.

Structure
For pieces with lids, joints or fittings, we look for flush connections and smooth movement.

Sanding
Edges, corners and recesses are where hands go, so each is sanded until no burr remains.

Finishing
Wax oil brings up the grain and a warm touch. Logos are positioned and checked at this stage.

Packing
Fittings, labels, inserts and cartons are part of the product too, and are checked against the order.

§ 03.2Before shipment
Every batch goes through this list.
Inspection items follow the order; these are the basics we check for every batch.
- Size matches the approved sample
- Color and grain within the agreed range
- Lids, joints and fittings work as intended
- No burrs or visible defects on the surface
- Engraving and logo in the right position
- Packing, labels and quantity verified
The list is adjusted per order; mention special requirements in your inquiry.
§ 03.3The sample
The sample is our shared standard.
Production follows the sample we both approve. Size, color range, logo and packaging are settled at the sample stage.
Any later change is checked against that same sample, so when we both say identical, we mean the same thing.

Share a reference, dimensions or a drawing, plus quantity and timing, and we will reply with a sampling plan.
